Fused Deposition Modeling

3D FDM™ creates precision three-dimensional prototype models directly from 3D CAD systems for use in testing form, fit and function throughout the design and development process.

We can model highly complex geometries in a wide range of high performance engineered materials. Dependent on the design models of ABS plastic are tough enough to be used as working parts.

Models can be made within hours and then sanded, painted, tapped and drilled, even chrome plated.
